Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the services provided by Dingle Content Collective. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

Dingle Content Collective provides content creation, social media management, and related digital services on both a monthly rolling and once-off basis.

Specific service details, deliverables, and pricing will be agreed in writing before work begins.

2. Monthly Rolling Services

  • Monthly services operate on a rolling basis.

  • Clients may cancel at any time for the following billing month.

  • No refunds are provided for cancellations made during an active billing month.

  • Services will continue until the end of the current billing period.

3. Once-Off Services

  • Payment for once-off services is required in full upfront.

  • Work will not commence until payment is received.

  • Once work has begun, refunds are not available unless Dingle Content Collective is unable to deliver the agreed service.

4. Payments

  • All fees are agreed in advance.

  • Invoices must be paid within the timeframe specified.

  • Late payments may result in paused or delayed services.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information, assets, and access required to complete services

  • Respond to requests for feedback or approval in a timely manner

  • Ensure they have the right to use any materials they supply (images, text, logos, etc.)

Delays caused by a client may affect timelines and delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • All original content created by Dingle Content Collective becomes the client’s property once full payment has been received.

  • Dingle Content Collective retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, on social media, or for promotional purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dingle Content Collective will not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

  • Issues arising from platform changes, algorithm updates, or third-party service outages (e.g. Instagram, Meta, TikTok)

Services are provided with reasonable care and skill, in line with Irish consumer law.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payments are not made

  • These terms are breached

  • Abusive or inappropriate behaviour occurs

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Irish courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

Dingle Content Collective may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
